My doctor said that I can return to work, but I do not feel ready. What should I do?

If your doctor releases you to perform light duty at work, you must return within the timeframe allotted or risk losing your benefits. Do not simply fail to show up, as this puts you in jeopardy of violating your employer’s attendance policies in addition to losing benefits.
