You can report suspected elder abuse to South Carolina Adult Protective Services by calling 1-888-CARE-211. You may also report it to local law enforcement, the facility administrator in writing, or the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC). Any person may report suspected elder abuse, even if they are not a mandated reporter.
