What a wonderful and efficient law firm to work with! I could not be more pleased with both Stuart Hudson and his paralegal, Sareeta DuBois. There are not enough positive words I could say about the way my mother’s case was handled for both me and my sister. They were both excellent, helpful, and always answered every question or concern that we had regarding the case. (and we had plenty)! Since we were dealing with a hospital and an assisted living facility there were many times a call or email had to be sent, and they never once made us feel like we were bothering them. My family was overwhelmed with grief concerning the horrific care my Mother received at a hospital and a long term care facility. The lack of care and the removal of a 1:1 sitter resulted in her falling and suffering injuries and fractures that could not be repaired. Her vision was impaired which resulted in fractured ribs and a fractured shoulder. She was transferred to a long term care facility that was recommended by professionals at the hospital. The long term care facility was negligent in providing care for our mother as she sustained severe bruises on her legs and arms from a possible fall or physical abuse. We later learned that she was found on the floor which resulted in her injuries and a concussion. We hired Hughey Law firm in Mt Pleasant, SC to represent my family and we were so impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail to obtain justice for the negligent care and abuse of our mother which lead to her death.
